Bill Gouldman moved to Putnam County with his family in 1994 and bought a house overlooking the property his parents owned when he was a child.
With Bill, what you see is what you get. He recently left a position as Client Service Manager with a Major Security Firm in New York where he managed more than 100 Security personnel over 50 sites. Bill opened 2 establishments in New York City. On The Rocks, a premier whiskey bar and Vintage Bar & Restaurant both operated in Hell’s Kitchen. He worked as a Community
Relations Manager for the Division of Substance Abuse of the Albert Einstein College of Medicine. Prior to his tenure at Einstein, he worked in insurance sales and in a professional capacity for the Boy Scouts of America.
Bill holds a Master’s Degree in Business Management from Wagner College in Staten Island and received his Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Salem College in West Virginia.
Throughout his adulthood Bill has demonstrated a strong sense of community service. He has provided consulting and leadership to a local chapter of the American Red Cross and Visions, serving as a member on the board of directors for both organizations. He is an active participant in the Rotary Club and is a former member of the Putnam Valley Volunteer Fire Department.
Bill prides himself in being a dedicated and compassionate public servant and is an independent voice for his community continually working to keep Putnam County an inviting place for growing families to settle and for those living here to be able to stay for many years to come. That means holding the line on
taxes, reducing spending, and encouraging smart growth.

Jacqueline Annabi is a lifelong Putnam County resident and proudly serves as the Putnam Valley Town Supervisor. During her first term as Supervisor, she teamed up with a grant writing company which helped award the Town with federal and state funds that exceed over $4 million dollars. These funds will be used for much needed infrastructure repairs, such as water and bridge repairs. As Supervisor she stream-lined access to solar energy while bringing down expenses for our residents that are in need of home repair, upgrades and projects. She has worked closely with County government to fast track the long overdue repairs of Peekskill Hollow Road as well as obtaining funds to offset costs to help prevent HABs in our lakes. Jackie believes in a fiscally conservative budget while being socially responsible and supporting initiatives that benefit our veterans, first responders and seniors. As Putnam Valley Town Supervisor, Jackie will continue to be a strong advocate for government transparency and accountability and will work to take a bipartisan approach to ensure that the Town Government works for all Putnam Valley residents.
Louis Luongo moved to Putnam Valley in 1984. He began serving the public as an employee of our Highway Department. Louie has been giving back to the community for 39 years as a volunteer member of our Emergency Services. Elected in 2013 as Councilman his proactive and conservative ways helped move Putnam Valley forward. He helped expand green space while expanding services to our residents through our Parks & Recreation programs. Louie was intricate part in creating legislation to help make business in Town Hall less cumbersome. Louie priority to protect our lakes is proven by supporting funds to include adding of filters in the catch basins around the lakes. During Louie’s tenure he oversaw and helped settle contracts with our unions to ensure long term financially sound budgeting can be attained. He a supported hiring outside grant writer to save residents the burden of tax increases for much needed projects. As a member of a fiscally responsible Town Board he is proud to announce our rating as Excellent by our auditors.
Louie’s experience and knowledge has helped improve our relationships and communications with other Town, County and State agencies allowing the Town an advantage of shared services. Louie has a proven track record of working with all, he is proud to be chosen to serve the community as the Deputy Supervisor for both a democratic and republican supervisor. As member of the Town Board Louie has demonstrated his commitment to the town by volunteering and his commitment to the residents by listening. Louie will continue to make a difference in the lives of our residents and he vows to work to make our town the BEST it can be.
Michelle Stephens was born and raised in the green, lush country of Ireland. She moved to the United States in 1986 and became a citizen in 1999. Michelle has raised her 2 children in Putnam Valley and is known as an active member of the community with years as a Class Mom, Girl Scout Leader, Den Mother and referral Real Estate Agent. In 2018 Michelle became fulltime Clerk in the Building Department overseeing permits and licensing issues. Michelle's general knowledge of daily operations of being a clerk is what makes her uniquely qualified to be our next Town Clerk. She intends to improve daily services and operations of the department to better serve its residents.
Christian along with his wife and 3 children enjoy everything Putnam Valley has to offer: its parks, hiking trails, its lakes, and its schools. Also, understands the importance of giving back. Christian is a volunteer for United for the Troops as well as volunteering his services as Doctor of Chiropractic to first responders and veterans. As local businessman and family man, he understands the struggles of having to balance a budget, while trying to raise a family in this economy.
As a member of the Town Board, Christian will always try to make decisions based on family's needs. Safety and wellbeing of our community always being top priority. I will use my experience as a small business owner, to make conservative and fiscally responsible decisions to keep Putnam Valley affordable place to live and raise your family.
Stacey is a local small business owner and majority owner, making her company, Tompkins Excavating, a MWBE.
Stacey's strong management skills, leadership skills and her endless charitable endeavors to charities like Habitat for Humanity, Feeding Westchester, Community Cares and others is a testament to her character. Stacey is a long-time resident of Putnam Valley. She strongly supports the community which includes working closely with BOCES, offering internships and training to their students, allowing them to develop a passion for the trade.
